Infant Class Poem by Phil Soar

Infant Class

'You're not unique', the teacher said
'I've taught worse kids than you'
The boy looked up in disbelief
And wondered what to do
He opened up his desktop
Withdrew a straw and then
Took some rolled up paper
And blew it from a pen
It hit the teacher in the nose
The shock was almost instant
For he was in his thirties
And the boy was just an infant
