I lay in your arms and you kiss me passionately
As the candle burns bright like our love
It’s like no harm can come to me
Just as long as you are around
You are my dove
You keep me safe and sound

When I am in your arms it feels like home
I know that I will never be alone
As you caress every inch of my temple
You make me feel as if I am able
To do anything I desire
I could climb a mountain
Or walk through fire

Time seems to move in fast forward when we are together
I wish I could stay in your arms forever
But as I drift off to sleep
I guess I’ll see you in my dreams
And I will treasure the memories that I keep
Of the wonderful moments you have given to me
