In Loving Memory Of Chinua Achebe (16/11/1930-21/03/13)

It was like any other day,
the sun shining, wind blowing
gently, mysteriously across the Atlantic
carrying a message of sadness
to the sons and daughters of Africa
that the giant tree of reason
has fallen.

Africa's centre still cannot hold
and we're No Longer At Ease
no matter how high we climb
The Anthills of Savannah
armed with Arrow of God
Things continue to Fall Apart
Rest in perfect peace! ! ! !
