No matter where we are
or how far-
be home for dinner
It all begins at the table
How we prepare our food
How we eat it
How we interact
all reflect, how we
interact in the world
If you want a better life for your children-
Cook.
Yes, the very word companion comes from the roots meaning someone you break (share) your bread with. 'Love goes through the stomach', we Kraut descendants say. Myself, I always try to kiss a girl's stomach for the above reasons. Nice, down to earth poem. H
