I sit here tryin to tell myself that
You're the one,
That you're the one for me,
And then I realize, I don't know you

I only want you to finally understand
What I'm tryin to say to you,
Every time I try, the words come out wrong
You just don't understand what I want to tell you

If I asked you to the movies,
What would you say to me?
Would you say yes,
Or would you ignore me to stay popular?

What can I do for you,
How can I say that you're the one,
The one for me that I don't even know?
Even you must want something......
