A tear dropp on my pillow
the sound of rainfall at night
a gloomy day turned into sorrow
till dark turns into light

The life of truth and trouble
leads to happiness in the end
you can get through anything
as long as you have a friend

Someone to stand by you
through happiness and sad
no matter if you're crying
or even if you're mad

A fight comes here
a fight comes there
I'll always remember the laughs
and the memories we share

I know I never say it
but I've needed you from the start
you truly are my best friend
with a special place in my heart

Each time I needed comfort
you always got me through
I don't know how my life would be
if I didn't have you
