who I can trust and talk to
and when I have a problem
you always know what to do

My best friend's like a savior
who helps me to do right
and when everything is going wrong
you make my whole day bright

My best friend always stands by me
no matter what was said
and no matter what you do
I'll love you till I'm dead

My best friend knows my secrets
because I know she's honest and true
she always has a shoulder for me
when I am feeling blue

My best friend's like an angel
beautiful and kind
