I Write For Humanity Poem by Dredan Brian

I Write For Humanity

Beyond the space above heads,
Beyond the hold of natural thoughts,
My hand holding neutrality,
My heart praying for equality
In the space to feed the world,
In the market of ideology and bid
To serve everyone,
I'm writing in service of humanity.

My heart is peaceful by day
But the dreams dim my night
For my feet want to serve
The race that runs across the globe,
Craving for days quite great
And nights framed big enough,
For my hands are meant to speak,
I'm writing only for humanity.

I believe in the space
Paved by freedom to express,
I have a heart that is desirable,
I'm damn inspired by desires,
And my hands will write along,
Along with a desire for humanity.

Behold world,
I'm on the track of equity,
I'm equally created for you,
Like the sums that add you up,
I'd love that space to live
And not cut short on track,
That desire for humanity
Is what my hands write for
