I Woke Up Today
I woke up today,
I was able to get out of bed,
Open the curtains and see the sun shine.
I enjoyed breakfast with my family,
Was able to get in my car and go to work.
I woke up today
But sadly someone didn't
They wasn't able to see the sun shine,
To tell their family that they are loved,
Someone wasn't able to get out of bed,
But I was. So thank you Lord
For waking me up today.
