I'Ve Been Here Before Poem by Eric Bult

The feeling that you've done this once before
Is not unusual, that I'm sure you know,
Perhaps it's something we should now explore:
But one thing you must know before we go.
It is my firm belief our spirit selves -
Those one immortal centre of our lives -
Need never sleep as each one dives and delves
In their attempts to regulate those lives.
Thus, knowing of our movements planned, the soul
May 'leak the prior intention to the brain,
Thus giving an impression of loophole
Whereon the mind may loosen its constrain.

So I believe the spirit links with mind:
Though many will hear nothing of such kind!
