I Shall Go Back Alone Poem by Akhtar Jawad

I Shall Go Back Alone

Rating: 5.0

Her visa has been extended,
And i shall go back alone,
I always wished,
Her visa may not be extended,
But I couldn't tell her,
Like so many feelings,
And sentiments,
I have stolen from myself,
I stole another one,
Leaving pain alone in the heart,
And making me lonely again,
My visa could also be extended,
But I did not,
My son is away from his children,
My grandchildren need me,
I shall go back alone!
