When we meet in the near future
the sweetest tears will be released
Now, they are in my long-term memory
Now, I miss you but most of all
I miss the tears I shed for you

when our hands held tight for long
when you carried me in your arms
when I felt you loved me too much
I miss the tears that once flowed


I miss the tears that once flowed
each time we parted for the day
I thought it was fine to be far away
but time has taken away the tears
I cry with sadness, I miss those tears
