I Miss The Days Of Summer Poem by erin ford

I Miss The Days Of Summer

The lightning bugs and sticky kisses and hugs.
Having fun in the summer sun.
The pretty flowers and the rain showers.
The scary spiders and cold apple cider.
Looking at the stars for hours and wishing that I had the power.
The power to tell you how much I feel for you and wishing that you knew.
I would spend all my time with you to see if my feelings were true.
I was sad when you had to leave and you made it really hard to breath.
I wish you could have stayed it would have made my day.
But now I have to wait till summer comes around again.
And maybe you may see how I really feel for thee.
