I Am An Old Man Poem by Shalom Freedman

I Am An Old Man

I am an old man
I am an old happy man
And an old sad man
And an old hopeless man
And an old man rich in hope
I am an old man
And a tired and a fearful man
And a kind man
And a sad man
And a vain man
And a lost man
And no man
And still a man
And a happy man
And a smiling man
And a laughing man
And a writing man
And an old man
And a ridiculous man
And a happy man
And a loving kind good man
So I am
And old old old happy
And I would like to think
Loving and good kind man.
