Hypocrite Poem by John Thorkild Ellison

Hypocrite

Rating: 5.0

Don't cringe or whine
You little swine!

You're scared of the Truth
With all the cowardice of modern Youth,

But when you're old
You won't be bold,

You'll always live a total Lie,
You'll always have an alibi,

So go to Hell!
The world can't bear your sickly smell!

You're drowning in your Wishing Well
And I hear the tolling of the bell.
