Hummingbird Poem by Shane Dickie

Hummingbird

Rating: 5.0

Garden amidst the green bushes,
I felt a zephyr from the west,
I breathed in the fresh air of spring,
I was alive; I could sing!

My hummingbirds get excited in the birdbath and call regularly for a feed at the flowers of the aloes that project from the side of the spike
