House Poem by Vera Sidhwa

House

House

There was a house on Main St.
It looked a fine house.
When you walked in it
You saw nothing but beauty.

This house belonged to no one.
It never had a tenant.
This house was a home.
It was everybody's home.

A family now lived in this house
And made it it's home.
