Hope Poem by Demetrios Nesbitt

2018 Hope this is my year. I try to have hope but hope turns into fear.

Hope can excite you when expected, turn you heartless when neglected.

Hope is alive and Hope is woke. I reached out for a reply but she never spoke.

They say to survive Hope is a must. I think Hope can be someone that i trust.

Whose a good example for Hope? Barack Obama? or the Pope?

You will never know who Hope will bless, but in the mean time i just Hope i am next.
