Hey You Poem by Eric Joseph Lopez

Hey You

Rating: 5.0

If you were a number nine
Could be why you’re all mine
If you had change to a number ten
Could be why the pain inside has mend

But I don’t have to count or guess anymore
That you’re the woman of my dreams I always hope for
Because we’re actually meant to be
Now we live life slowly to make all our dreams become a reality

We met that night
Now living each day in each other sight
That night I ask you take my hand for a dance, then said
That I’ll sing you a song call lady in red

I felt the coldness taste slowly withering away
Now I look upon your sweet face everyday
I open the door to my heart and I let you in
Now each and everyday you’ll find me smiling with a big grin
