Her Daddy Poem by Alyssa Lippi

Her Daddy

Rating: 4.3

One man, , there since birth, ,
his heart beat, , her lullaby, ,
his smile, , her reward
her life, , his world
Baby grows
, , up and away, ,
down the list
she moves
tears glaze and coat her cheeks
I'll always be here for you
He said
but actions prove to be louder then words
And he's gone
right when she needed him the most
She was once his -baby girl-
He comes back
Suprise
She looks for her place in his heart
but its gone
?
something else there
he now has a new baby girl
, , that has taken her place, ,
and she cries
bc she can't find
Her Daddy

She ain't alone...but then again, there are daddys and then there are Daddy's. Interesting feelings here expressed in a conditional sort of way. Thanks for inviting to read.*+*
