A magic light fills the sky
People ask and wonder why

It shines from the heavens so very bright
It shines both in the day and night

It's the brightest light they've ever seen
They are mesmerized and feel serene

People gather all around as night turns to day
They all seem so puzzled not knowing what to say

Many of the people are filled with fear
That it may be God as He's drawing near

Fear does not fill my soul like love fills my heart
I do not fear anything for God is doing His part

He's lighting the way for all lost souls
Part of His power is that He consoles

He cares not what you've done or where you've been
He'll comfort you when you accept Him
