He Can Walk Poem by jackrabbit krjs

He Can Walk

The doctors are all I remember
When they told me my dad would walk never
Thats just what you dont think of ever
My dad refused to sit there in that wheel chair forever
He would learn how to walk again even if it took him forever
My family united together
We supported him and he got better
Sure when he got home from the hospital he couldnt walk
All he could do was fall
He could hardly crawl
But he vowed he would one day walk
My family prayed
God healed his legs
And I'm proud to say
He can walk
