friends

when will they finally see that im alone when there with me
they sit and talk and joke around and i feal like ive let them down
i dont talk i just listen to what they have to say and hope they dont find out one day
im alone, all by my self my counciler says its bad for my health
so i sit and hope they give me a chance
thats hard to do when you lose all your friends
my friends thats what they say
but to me i see it a different way

The best friend, is one that, without a word can look in your eyes and ask..''What is wrong''. Excellent poem. We sometimes get to caught up in lifes busyness. Hope you find lots of friends of true worth. Keep writing. (Report) Reply
