Hatred in full control

Change the pattern
and lessen
the concern
to tide over worst turn

It doesn't matter
If you have the blue eyes
but never you tried for equality
and went on with the inequality

the hearts should remain colorful
with attempts so successful
in grantingthe same respect
as we do it to all in our acts

the blacks and whites
they should never fight
as the history has accorded equal status
with the full faith and trust

let color not mar our progress
and create the bitterness
it shall remain our wild goal
if the hatred remains in firm control
