Happy Traitor's Day Poem by Randy McClave

If you're a devout republican this I will say
It's January the 6th, so Happy Traitor's day,
In the year 2021, you listened to a president who was a con
Then you packed your bags and betrayed the great USA.
You went to the streets of Washington D.C
You went there with your pride and also your glee,
Then you painted your faces, because you all are disgraces
As your president watched the insurrection live on T.V.
You stormed the capital with your hate and pride
You didn't care if the police or the politicians there lived or died,
Your president lost the vote, so ATTACK! he wrote
Vengeance is what all terrorists there then cried.
Benedict Arnold is another traitor just like you
When you both tried to enact an evil rebellious coup,
You wanted to destroy democracy, as the world did see
Then the American eagle you did shoo.
I hope this never happens again I do solemnly pray
From liberty and justice i will never bow away,
One day you terrorist will all die, Lady Liberty will not cry
So, I hope you insurrectionists enjoy your Happy Traitor's day.
