Happy Endings Poem by Carolyn Brunelle

Happy Endings

She slept
Till he snored,
He snored
Till she wept; sought
The alternative instead.

Agreement reached
Honored and kept,
Peace restored
When each one slept.

In separate beds
Still happily wed,
He snores undisturbed;
She sleeps unperterbed with
Only sweet dreams in her head.
