HAPPY CHRISTMAS

HAPPY CHRISTMAS

The onslaught of rain from sky
Incessantly floods the earth,
Noah in her ark loud in prayers
The dove of peace descends
With an olive branch in its beak
What is weak awaits a defeat.

God bursts into tears with love
When the sun of our life is lost,
He is the sailor of sinking boat
Silently brings it to the shore.

A heavenly choir angel sings
Mary’s child rare from hills,
Newly born to teach souls
Descends from God’s doors.

Baptised by Lord in Jordan River
Spread love like flowing water,
Moments of union with creator
His holiness saves Sinking Peter.

His flowers of thoughts flow
Like ripened fruits full of nectar,
His words are hymns of peace
In turbulent time we bow.

Still the Serpent is crafty
Withers us from eternity,
Wisdom has the multiple rays
Love is life Son of God reveals.
