Love Is Life Poem by Rajendra padhi

Love Is Life

LIFE IS LOVE

I catch a glint of candour in your eyes
Entice me like a woman in jewels on neck,
My thoughts are not flattery of mirror
Resorting a tune intense in an old flute,
When you hush into the hut of heart
The winter in tears look as a passerby,
Each syllable of your song burn in fire
The blue flame of life scorch senses,
Turbulent is the passion frolicking me
Never fills up soul soar up like wind
Exulting for a flower on dried stalk,
Appalled me too, the returning tide
Halted to look back the perfect smile,
The nights end in search of the days
The wounds of winter suddenly healed,
My steps are small possessed in grass
They say “Dear one don’t go away! ”
Undistracted I am wearing the last rays
Spinning me out to find out its essence,
Tiny is the wealth of world we live for
Return as boats empty of store at shore,
When you pour into soul of others
Diligently learn love’s sweetest calls,
Blissful but witless as eraser of joys
Never find the unsung words in all,
I yearn to trust voices up- thrusting songs
Indeed they are the flowers and the bees,
Light never ends it may be dark any where
Beauty lurks behind the veil if life is love.
