Hangzhou Xihu Poem Poem by Christopher Yang

Hangzhou Xihu Poem

Rating: 4.5

I stare at the motionless water.
The fresh air carries the essence of nature.
Lotus plants bloom in the cool ponds.
A bridge arches toward the sky.
Schools of fish gracefully swim past.
I smell the sweet aroma of flowers.
Colossal trees tower over me.
Exotic plants sprout out of the soil.
I hear the faint rumble of a distant car.
I will cherish this place for the rest of my life.
