indeed, time's passage is so often colored by our perception.

Wonderful contrasts - I certainly prefer those moments time is brooding to the charging horse. The horse is too close to Marvell's dismaying metaphor - AND AT MY BACK I ALWAYS HEAR TIME'S WINGED CHARIOT HURRYING NEAR. But we better give that sage some comic literature so he is not always brooding. I have an extra copy of Sterne's TRISTRAM SHANDY which is guaranteed to make the sage smile.

Contrast simply phenomenal and this is the truth of mysterious time.........Valsa......very well composed
