Gun Point Poem by Chelsea Palma

Gun Point

Your words, like a bullet
They fire without mercy
Piercing my heart
Leaving me in agony
A double-edged sword

These bullets you've fired
Tongue, like a trigger
Your intent, a killer
My heart, your victim
My pain, your ammunition

Words are loaded pistols
But yours are something I'm used to
Each time you hold me at gun point
A person I once knew...
