Grey Went Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Grey Went

Grey went

Long ago was sunset
Ski's king died, is dead
Went and dis-appeared!

Came dark and got darker
Black came, went grey.

If there is a damn one
Must be Tom Edison!

He disturbed the nature!

The watches and clocks
With hands and digital
Are slaves to mankind,
Brainless, they tell time…

What is time?

To some is gold, money,
Business, marketing.

To the rich is gaining;
Slaves are "Nine-Fivers, "
If mixed, zoo of monkeys!

To me, time is essence
Of trip of the life…

Passengers in this way
Can just go, no return.

I talk and chat and laugh
On this way, every path;
Both in the light of days,
And in night with the shades.

Amused I, study
The tenant to landlord
In basements and condos;
Search for kind and demons.
