Goodbye My Childhood Sweetheart
looking back on all we did, i remember very well
you were my childhood sweetheart as much as i could tell
as we grew older things got harder to keep you by my side
then you took miss susie snow to be your lawful wedded bride
no we've fallen far from each other, we've grown very far apart
and i have already found another, but you still have a very special place in my heart
heartfelt poem.... it's short, and gets the point across very clearly... brilliant, thanks for sharing
