Gone Forever Poem by Angel A. Lockwood

Gone Forever

When certain things are
Gone,
It's forever
As to lose faith in another
Is something that most times are never restored
As the last breath of a life
That simply flies away
Or as the light of one's eyes gone
Once revealed of being
Led astray
So, cherish each moment Those golden relationships
Afforded us
Each day
For not all things are replaceable
Heed the words which I say
For whatever is sacred
Should never be allowed to slip away
