Gone But Not Forgotten Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Gone But Not Forgotten

Tub, rub, sub, dub, grub, club, blub;
I still have the pieces of you!
And like the host of relatives and friends.

Drip, trip, rip, drip, blip, flip, strip, grip!
In my room,
On my bed,
To put things together;
But, silence is the voice we love to hear with the tender of love.

Hub, cub, flub, nub, stub, pub, chub;
Ray, say! !
Yearns, year, years, earn, earns, era, eras, are;
Long, strong!
But, we will meet once again.

Ear, ears, near, nears, yes, sea, sear, an, as;
Just one day! !
In my life,
In your life,
Soft and wet!
Gone but not forgotten;
For, you have brithened many lives in the land of many rivers.
