as she lay in my arms in a pool of blood
i look into her eyes all i see is my reflection
screams so loud that hurt me i relize are mine
so cold so young so everything
a wake in muffled screams and sweat
the image wont leave me
my lover is dead and it wont leave me
remembering her smile her warm embrace
her voice the laughter all gone in one day
she was so cold so young so everything
walking through life looking forward to nothing
i thought i seen her but my mind was playing cruel games
walking day after day hoping i was dreaming
but i remember it all like it was yesterday
