God's E -Mail. Poem by Nabakishore Dash

God used His supercomputer
long before its
invention by man.
One fine morning
He browsed the mail
to know about all
in His creation.

It was full with
demands and desires of man.
All others had only
a lone complain.

Prayers of the haves
and have nots.
Baffled God as to
how to better their lots.

Thoughtful for a moment
He fulfilled their prayers.
To His utter surprise,
no end was visible
to man's despairs.

Fresh bout of expectations
landed His in box
the very next moment.
Billionaires to beggars
were in the ocean
of disgruntlement.

Went through the mail
of others in Nature.
Overwhelmed with joy
as gratitude and compliments
were revealed in the letter.

Expressed full satisfaction
in the service of man,
day in and day out,
in giving the best.
Man's wanton killings
and exploitation
are hard hitting them
to peacefully rest.

Fervently praying God
to urge them to stop
self destructive human doings.
Request His Highness
to bless men to be kind,
and friendly human beings.
