Global In Nature
Being washed ashore, memories held tightly, looking
for reassurance, always thinking, hoping to travel
the world.
Having wanted to just because this poet has always
been global in nature, finding no place to lay my
head, just wanting to be anywhere but home.
Always discovering that the essence of this poet is
poetry from and to the world, never ceasing to write
while listening to music of all types.

Being a global citizen at heart is much more important than learning to be global for the sake of business advantage. Your poem just reminded me of my poem Todays Global Citizen. Their reasons very different than yours.
