Gift Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Gift

Rating: 2.5

Gift

If the shoes on your feet
And the air in your chest
And lessons in the brain
Everything is a gift
How you talk?

Just smile satisfied
The warmth of buckskin on your feet
Do the talk “Humane...human...”
Richer thinks of the poor
“Thank you, thank you; thank you”
