Get Out To Vote For The Statue Of Liberty Poem by Hebert Logerie

Get Out To Vote For The Statue Of Liberty

Mexico is a coded word for South America
Africa, the Caribbean Islands, and all minorities
Currently living in the United States of America
The misogynist is also referring to all Latinos, Asians
Blacks, Muslims, Indians, and all non-European descents
The dictator wants to build more barriers, borders
To divide and weaken our beloved communities
He failed to mention that we're part of the Police departments
The Police officers work for, and with us. We are brothers
And sisters. The women are our mothers, aunts, and sisters
Who deserve respect, love, compassion, and admiration
Mexico is a coded word which means all of us. We're families
Let's vote en masse, because we are the majorities
Let's vote for the Statue of Liberty. Stop all aberration.
Let's vote for the Lady, who preaches dignity, unity
Togetherness. Let's vote against misogyny and bigotry.
