Friends come in different hues
Some colored black, some colored blue
Some are white, some are yellow
Some colored red, some are brown, too.


Friends come for different reasons
Some for the company, some for the money
Some for fun, some for fame
Some for vengeance, some for a basis to compare.


Friends stay for different time-spans
Some only for days, some stay for weeks
Some for months or even years
Some for decades, still for some a lifetime is spent.


Friend, may I ask you now?
In what hue do you come?
What reason do you have?
How long will you stay as a friend?
