Found My Happy Self
Awoken by laughter and found im alone
Was it a dream, i couldnt remember
Then this cool, calm breeze hugged me
It felt so comforting, safe and relaxing
I smiled from ear to ear and needed no reason
That inner voice then whispered
' Yep, that's right, thats what inner peace feels like'
Then i new, its okay, i found my happy self

lately i have many, many days like this......just smile and just need no reason...feels good knowing that iys okay to be sad sometimes, to be overwhelm sometimes...you learn to be okay with the different emotions you have sometimes...its all good
