Forgotton Thoughts Poem by Fiona Davidson

Forgotton Thoughts

Sun shines through the glass
Reaching to touch dreams
Left on the highest shelf
Forgotton thoughts and hopes
Gathering dust as they lie
Waiting for signs of remembrance
To flow across the walls towards
Doors opened to the skies
On wings of joy they will soar
Through clouds of realisation
