Forgotten Troubles
Sealed lips
Drained of emotion
Shadowed eyes staring heavily
No signs of life
Silent memories playing through the mind
Lips moving without sound
Fractured limbs
Hushed cries
Faint heart beat ringing in my ears
Endless trouble not truthfully forgotten
Lost in time
Never spoken of
Broken ties since that day
Bloody paint
Etched into the heart
Forever more remembered
