Reaching for a dream,
A lovely heart broken with pain.

Ego shattered by mistakes,
Life in the verge of a cliff.

Young and reckless dreams,
Hoping and trusting for success.

Dancing to the tune of a new song,
Lost in the twirl of a love song.

Self esteem and confidence,
Praying for the best.

No more forgotten dreams,
The young and childhood dreams.

Are the ways to make this bereft,
That life experienced as the best.
