I could write
A river
Of flowing
Verse,
Become,
A winner
Of hearts
To reverse,
And
If Poetry
Art and Beauty
Can hug
The Soul,
My mission
Is simple,
Poetry!

I have long considered poetry in terms of loving giving embracing ideals, the need to address comfort conflicts of the soul.
I wrote the poems 'Poetry Bursting Emotions', 'Poetry Is Souls' and 'Mystics Prophets Philosophers: Consider Time Immortal Poetry', inspired by the poem 'Forever, More', by the poet Sandra Feldman and dedicated to Sandra Feldman.
I wrote the poem 'Long Have I Considered Poetry', inspired by the poem 'Forever, More', by the poet Sandra Feldman and dedicated to Sandra Feldman.
I've NEVER thought of 'poetry' in that way and I won't. And, to you, Terence, what do YOU feel re 'reverse'? ?

This poem DOES look like a river flowing, standing on its head. But what is the meaning/purpose of 'reverse' in your poem, Sandra? ? ? bri : )
