Forever Misunderstood

The darkness swallows me whole
I am lost and don't know where to go
I would ask for directions, but there's no one there to help
No one who CAN help
Because I am lost in my own mind, my sanctuary is books and most of them I can relate to
But then again I can't find my way out
Because I am LOST
