Forever High Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Forever High

Beauty as sacred as blue heron
Heavy elements
Stars of ancient angels
Stoned like a spring volcano
Your magic covers me

Let the winds of Hendrix blow
Cries of the sweet blues
Fire from the Doors
I am old but I am forever young
I am a child of the sixties
