Forbidden Tree Versus Man. Poem by alex sarich

Forbidden Tree Versus Man.

A tree bearing fruit
cloying its charm
an emotion lost
when nature comes to harm
fortuitously at cost.

Man owes penance
following his deception
damnation, he created
earth needs irrigation.

A birth pill to growth
vehicle of consummatory change
giving what man owe
a symbol is needed
a stabilizer, not a fixer.

Tools from human emotion
functioning, flowing freely
to liberty, paying his debts
to all of nature's affinities.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The sacrifice of man eating off a forbidden tree that process his downfall.
