Finite Life Poem by Briana Johnson

Finite Life

My how fast life has flown
I'm what you'd call half way grown
I retrogress my favorite day
Hoping it could always stay
But life's a wave we ride to shore
Every ripple we endure
Whether it be good or bad
Gratify the life you had
Finite days exceed us now
Live it up if you know how
Goodbye for now, this is farewell
Live your life, don't go to hell
